With each order you'll get an invoice & warranty card.
We can refund | partial refund money in case of:
- Undelivered item
- Item damaged during shipping
- Item has a production defects
- Order changed/cancelled by buyer before the shipping.
Due to the variation of devices of website user (monitors, tabletPC etc.) actual colors of products may be differ from images displayed on end-user devices. Products (separate parts, furnitures, sewing lines etc.) can be changed by manufacturer (just in order to improve quality of goods) without notify or can have a delay before be published on this website.
If you have a doubts about color matching (especially in complex fabrics|colors hammocks) - just contact us. We can send you an actual photos of the fabric, or the combinations of colors do you want before the order.
